Disclaimers

• The services provided by Marine Cat are not medical treatments aimed at improving physical problems.
• We will refuse services other than those specified by Marine Cat.
• We are not responsible for any health problems, injuries, after-effects, accidents, or losses caused by your carelessness during Maine Cat services.
• After Marine Cat's service ends, we will not be held responsible for any injuries or illnesses for which a causal relationship cannot be proven by a doctor.

Prohibitions

• Acts that damage Marine Cat's honor or credibility, lack coordination, or disrupt operational order.
• Actions that the person in charge feels is dangerous or could cause harm.
• Unpleasant behavior from the person in charge, unethical behavior, and excessive demands for service.
• Requesting personal information or privacy-related matters such as on SNS, or inviting the person in charge to leave the store.
• Acts of photographing and recording the store, service area, and online lessons using camera equipment, mobile phones, etc.
• Intentionally damage or destroy our equipment.

• If you fall under any of the above conditions, or if we consider that you are not suitable for our services, we will immediately cancel your service.
• In case of malicious or obscene behavior, we will call the police.
• Marine Cat is not a type of adult entertainment shop.
• Please note that there are no refunds for usage fees.

Important Notes

The following customers are prohibited from using Marine Cat.

• A person who has been stopped from exercising or getting massages by a doctor etc.
• A person considered unsanitary.
• A person associated with an organized crime group or someone who is considered to be one.
• A person who is drunk or using stimulants or other drugs.
